By accessing or using StellarCore's lead generation and advertising platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Service

StellarCore provides AI-powered lead generation and multi-channel advertising services. Our platform connects businesses with qualified prospects through various advertising channels including social media, search engines, and premium display networks. We charge on a per-qualified-lead basis with rates varying by advertising channel ($40-$60 per qualified lead).

3. Qualification Process

Access to our services requires qualification through our sales team. Not all applicants will be approved for our platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion based on factors including but not limited to industry, company size, advertising budget, and business objectives.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for qualified leads are as follows:

• Social Media Leads: $40 per qualified lead
• Search Engine Leads: $50 per qualified lead
• Premium Display Leads: $60 per qualified lead

Payment is due within 30 days of lead delivery. No setup fees or monthly minimums apply. All prices are in USD and subject to applicable taxes.

5. Lead Quality Guarantee

We guarantee that all delivered leads meet the qualification criteria established during the onboarding process. If a lead does not meet these criteria, we will provide a replacement lead at no additional cost. Quality disputes must be reported within 48 hours of lead delivery.

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our platform. Lead data is collected in compliance with applicable privacy laws including GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant regulations. 7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the StellarCore platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are owned by StellarCore and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services for:

• Any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• Violating any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• Transmitting or procuring the sending of any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent
• Impersonating or attempting to impersonate StellarCore, our employees, another user, or any other person or entity
• Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for maintenance, updates, or other operational requirements with reasonable notice when possible.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall StellarCore, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Texas.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
